1.YOUR AGREEMENT WITH JAVA VISION

By using vakant-design.com (the "Site"), operated by Java Vision (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "Java Vision"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2.PERMITTED USE OF JAVA VISION

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use.

3.PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.

Harmful Acts: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other harmful code that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or the systems of other users.

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION BY JAVA VISION

Java Vision reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe:

Harms our business, reputation, or other users.

Is unlawful or fraudulent.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Any pending orders may be canceled and refunded at Java Vision's discretion.

5.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF JAVA VISION

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Java Vision and are protected by German, EU, and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Java Vision reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

7.ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement if the order is placed during our service hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET).

If your order is placed outside of service hours, you may cancel by emailing us by 10:00 AM CET the next business day, as long as the order has not yet been processed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may still return the item within 30 days for a full refund using our standard return process.

8.PRICING ERRORS

While we strive for accuracy, product prices may occasionally be listed incorrectly due to system or human error. If a product's displayed price is clearly erroneous, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly.

9.SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. Free shipping on orders totaling €150.00 and above. Flat €20.00 for orders totaling €0.01 – €149.99. 30-day returns on eligible items. See our full Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details.

10.vVAT AND SALES TAX

All product prices include VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated based on German tax regulations. No additional sales tax is charged for shipments within Germany beyond the statutory VAT.

11.DMCA TAKEDOWN POLICY

If you believe that any material on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to info@vakant-design.com.

12.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Java Vision, its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site.

In no event shall Java Vision's total liability to you exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Java Vision for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13.DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

Informal Resolution: Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us directly at info@vakant-design.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ulm, Germany. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14.GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
