SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the total order value:

Orders totaling €150.00 and above: FREE shipping

Orders totaling €0.01 – €149.99: €20.00 flat rate

3. DELIVERY TIME PROMISE

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after processing

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-10 business days from order placement

4. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.

WHAT COUNTS AS A BUSINESS DAY

Monday – Friday, excluding German public holidays.

5. CARRIERS

We use Hermes、DPD、GLS、UPS

6. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

8. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, contact us within 3 business days. We will start a carrier investigation. If the package cannot be located within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at your choice.
